Space Oddity: The ISS Edition

Chris Hadfield gives us a rather good rendition of Space Oddity. Sure it has the spectacle of being performed in space but the camera work is solid and more importantly it's actually a really good mix.

I can already hear people complaining that this is not why we send people into orbit. Thing of it is. We need things like this. Entertainment as well as hard science advancement especially in the face of NASA getting it's budget crushed under the whole sequestration thing going around. Anything to drum up general publicity and interest in the likes of people that aren't Neil Degrasse Tyson (as awesome as he is I doubt he's widely known outside of science circles.)
